Part A
What is a theme of Twelfth Night?
A. Seeking revenge is never justified.
B. Telling lies rarely hides the truth.
C. With experience comes wisdom.
D. Outer appearances can be misleading.
Part B - Points depend on a correct response in Part A.
Which detail from Act V best supports the theme in Part A?
A. "Duke: That face of his I do remember well. (To Antonio) Notable pirate. What foolish boldness brought thee to thine enemies?"
B. "Malvolio: (To Olivia, waving a letter.) Madam, you have done me wrong. Notorious wrong. (Thrusting the letter at her) Lady, peruse that letter."
C. "Sebastian: Were you a woman, I should my tears let fall upon your cheek, and say, ‘Thrice welcome, drowned Viola!’"
D. "Fabian: Good madam, hear me speak. Most freely I confess, myself and Toby set this device against Malvolio here."
Answer:correct answer is D
Explanation:
A. The theme of Twelfth Night is "Outer appearances can be misleading."
B. The detail from Act V that best supports the theme in Part A is "Malvolio: (To Olivia, waving a letter.) Madam, you have done me wrong. Notorious wrong. (Thrusting the letter at her) Lady, peruse that letter." This detail supports the theme because Malvolio's outer appearance, which is that of a stern and serious person, is misleading. The letter he is waving around is a fake, and his behavior is a result of being tricked by other characters. The fact that Malvolio, who is usually so serious, is acting in such a ridiculous way shows that outer appearances can be misleading.

Why in the early 2000’s was there a push to prosecute more Nazis?
Answer:
The push to prosecute more Nazis in the early 2000s was driven by several factors.
Unfinished justice: Many Nazis who participated in war crimes and genocide during World War II had escaped justice or received lenient sentences after the war due to various reasons, such as lack of evidence, political considerations, or legal loopholes. As time passed, there was a growing sense of unfinished justice, and efforts were made to hold accountable those who had committed heinous crimes during the Holocaust.
Aging perpetrators: With the passage of time, the surviving perpetrators of Nazi war crimes were becoming increasingly elderly and frail. There was a sense of urgency to bring them to justice before they passed away, as it was believed that the victims and their families deserved closure and accountability, and that the perpetrators should not be able to evade justice due to old age or health issues.
Legal advancements: Over the years, there were legal advancements that facilitated the prosecution of Nazi war criminals. For example, the establishment of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) in the 1990s set important precedents for international criminal law, and there was increased international cooperation in bringing war criminals to trial.
Historical significance: The Holocaust and the crimes committed by the Nazis during World War II were some of the most egregious acts of genocide and mass atrocities in human history. Bringing the remaining perpetrators to justice was seen as an important step in acknowledging and addressing the historical significance of these crimes, and sending a clear message that such acts would not be tolerated.
Moral imperative: Many believed that prosecuting more Nazis was a moral imperative to ensure accountability for the victims and to prevent similar atrocities from occurring in the future. It was seen as a duty to remember the victims and honor their memory by holding the perpetrators accountable, regardless of the passage of time.
Overall, the push to prosecute more Nazis in the early 2000s was driven by a combination of factors, including the pursuit of unfinished justice, the aging of perpetrators, legal advancements, historical significance, and a moral imperative to acknowledge and address the crimes committed during the Holocaust.

Write an essay about smoking. Here are things to include:
1. Write what are in cigarettes.
2. What happens to the human body after smoking
3. Why it is addictive
4. How you can stop someone from smoking
5. An ending paragraph
I WILL GIVE 40 POINTS, BRAINLIEST, 5 STARS, AND A THANK YOU TO THE BEST ANSWER.
A cigarettes is made from tobacco, chemical additives, a filter, and paper wrapping. The chemical additives include an extensive list of about 7000 different compounds, 250 of which are known to be very harmful to the human body. To demonstrate, here are several examples. Ammonia found in cigarettes is also used in traditional many cleaning products. Carbon monoxide and hydrogen cyanide found in cigarettes are the same chemicals that have been used to kill humans and animals in gas chambers. Formaldehyde, used to preserve dead bodies in its liquid form, is included in the list of chemical additives in cigarettes. In the filter of a cigarette, you will find vinyl chloride, a man made chemical used to make plastics. Finally, nicotine a main ingredient in cigarettes, which is also a poison used to kill bugs and can be found in pesticides.
Nicotine is actually one of the most addictive substances in a cigarette as a smoker can become addicted within days of using it, just like hard drugs such as cocaine or heroin. Nicotine is so powerful because it leads to the release of dopamine in the brain. Dopamine is a naturally occurring "feel good" electric signal (neurotransmitter) that makes you happy. When the brain is overloaded with it, it doesn't want it to stop.
The human body can suffer in many ways from both long term and short term smoking. In the short term, some side effects include immediate nose, throat and eye irritations and lung damage. Smoking also immediately starts to lower the level of oxygen in your blood because of all the chemicals. Some long term side effects of smoking include an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, flow of blood to the heart and a narrowing arteries which lead to heart attacks. Lung cancer and heart disease are also common. It can also cause a lot of teeth yellowing and oral diseases of the mouth tongue and throat. It can hurt the development of an unborn baby and can have serious health effects on those around you who breath it in second hand.
To stop someone from smoking it is best to first set a good example. Don't smoke yourself and if you do, avoid doing it around the person who is trying to quit. You also need to remember that smoking is an addiction, so nagging, shaming or being impatient are not helpful. Helping them find ways to reduce their stress weather that means helping out with simple everyday tasks a little bit more or just being a good friend with a supportive, listening ear can make a big difference. That also means keeping in regular contact and checking up to show you care. Steering them away from temptation when the opportunity arises is also a great help. When you hang out avoid places where you may come into contact with smoking. Sometimes when people quit smoking, they may start to notice weight gain. Promoting a healthy body image and avoiding making fun can help them feel secure and confident to continue their quitting journey.
Smoking is one of the most difficult addictions to quit, but the health consequences are huge. With the right tools, good support system and good independent reasons for quitting, it can be done. When I speak to long-term smokers and people who have quit or are trying to, they all have the same regret. They wish they never tried it in the first place.

In 1910, just before Marie Curie collected her second Nobel Prize for radioactivity, young György Hevesy arrived in England to study radioactivity himself. His university’s lab director in Manchester, Ernest Rutherford, immediately assigned Hevesy the Herculean task of separating out radioactive atoms from nonradioactive atoms inside blocks of lead. Actually, it turned out to be not Herculean but impossible. Rutherford had assumed the radioactive atoms, known as radium-D, were a unique substance. In fact, radium-D was radioactive lead and therefore could not be separated chemically. Ignorant of this, Hevesy wasted two years tediously trying to tease lead and radium-D apart before giving up.
Hevesy—a bald, droopy-cheeked, mustached aristocrat from Hungary—also faced domestic frustrations. Hevesy was far from home and used to savory Hungarian food, not the English cooking at his boardinghouse. After noticing patterns in the meals served there, Hevesy grew suspicious that, like a high school cafeteria recycling Monday’s hamburgers into Thursday’s beef chili, his landlady’s “fresh” daily meat was anything but. When confronted, she denied this, so Hevesy decided to seek proof.
Miraculously, he’d achieved a breakthrough in the lab around that time. He still couldn’t separate radium-D, but he realized he could flip that to his advantage. He’d begun musing over the possibility of injecting minute quantities of dissolved lead into a living creature and then tracing the element’s path, since the creature would metabolize the radioactive and nonradioactive lead the same way, and the radium-D would emit beacons of radioactivity as it moved. If this worked, he could actually track molecules inside veins and organs, an unprecedented degree of resolution.
Before he tried this on a living being, Hevesy decided to test his idea on the tissue of a nonliving being, a test with an ulterior motive. He took too much meat at dinner one night and, when the landlady’s back was turned, sprinkled “hot” lead over it. She gathered his leftovers as normal, and the next day Hevesy brought home a newfangled radiation detector from his lab buddy, Hans Geiger. Sure enough, when he waved it over that night’s goulash, Geiger’s counter went furious: click-click-click-click. Hevesy confronted his landlady with the evidence. But, being a scientific romantic, Hevesy no doubt laid it on thick as he explained the mysteries of radioactivity. In fact, the landlady was so charmed to be caught so cleverly, with the latest tools of forensic science, she didn’t even get mad. There’s no historical record of whether she altered her menu, however.
Now, you’ll analyze how the text’s structure helps the author achieve his purpose. Present your analysis in a paragraph by following these steps:
Make a statement that identifies the author’s choice of text structure and how it contributes to the overall purpose.
Support your statement with evidence from the text.
Explain how the evidence supports your statement.
