Do you think its possible to obtain perfection? Is this a good? Will give brainliest

I do not think its possible to perfection. We are human and we tend to make a lot of mistakes. To be perfect, you have to have a perfect family, have perfect friendships and relationships, and you live happily with all your family members and no one passes away. No ones life is like that. Some parents are divorced and are having custody issues, that's not perfect. Someone's Grandma has cancer and has only a certain amount of months until their gone, that is not perfect. People are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety,PTSD, etc. This life or any other life is not perfect. It has no perfection whatsoever. Everybody struggles with obstacles in life. There is no such thing as perfection. Life is not fair or perfect and it never will be. WE ARE ONLY HUMAN!

Write a letter to your principal in which you argue who would
benefit most from a volunteering program at school: student
participants or members of the community they could serve.

Answers

A volunteering program in school is a program where students are encouraged to participate in various community service activities voluntarily. These activities can be organized by the school or in partnership with community organizations.

Write a letter stating the given arguments.

Dear Principal,

I am writing to express my thoughts about the volunteering program at our school and who would benefit the most from it. I believe that both the student participants and members of the community they serve would benefit greatly from such a program. However, if I had to choose, I would argue that the community members would benefit the most.

Volunteering programs are an excellent way for students to give back to the community. By participating in volunteer work, students gain valuable life skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. They also learn to appreciate the needs of others and develop empathy and compassion towards people from all walks of life.

However, the benefits of volunteering are not limited to just the students. The members of the community they serve would also benefit significantly from such a program. Many people in our community are in need of support and assistance, and volunteers can make a real difference in their lives. Students could offer their time and skills to support a variety of community programs, such as food banks, homeless shelters, or after-school programs.

Volunteering would also help build bridges between the school and the wider community. It would give students an opportunity to interact with people they might not normally encounter in their daily lives. This interaction would help break down barriers and promote understanding and respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.

In conclusion, I firmly believe that both student participants and members of the community would benefit from a volunteering program at our school. However, I argue that the community members would benefit the most from the program. I hope that you will consider my perspective as you make decisions regarding our school's community engagement programs.

Sincerely,

In the sonnet "to an athlete dying young" by A. E. Housman, the creator involves illustrations in lines 11-12 to depict the competitor's fleeting and magnificent life.

The laurel flower is associated with triumph and glory, but it has a shorter lifespan than roses. This metaphor suggests that fame and respect are fleeting.

To an Athlete Dying Young's figurative language: what is it?

Housman uses death as a metaphor for shade and night in "To an Athlete Dying Young." Life and warmth are often associated with light. Night frequently symbolizes the opposite. What does "To an Athlete Dying Young" mean?

An elegy is a poem written in memory of someone who has passed away. "To an Athlete Dying Young" is an elegy. It makes an effort to confront mortality, but it may also reveal more about the speaker's fears regarding death. Dear Dr. Valdez,

My school, Jefferson Junior High, has a science fair every year. This year it will be held on October 10, 2020 at the Warren Auditorium. Fair entries include the following four categories: the heavens, our planet, water, and machines. What a wonderful crowd we had last year! This year, however, we'd like to make the fair even better. This desire to improve our fair is why I am writing to you, Dr. Valdez.

Last month, my uncle Lokela heard you speak about diets and young people. He thought you were an excellent speaker and he found the topic fascinating. Well, my class wants you for its speaker. Would you give the speech at our science fair? We would schedule a time between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. We could pick you up at the airport, drive you to the fair, and take you back to the airport. We would also include your name on our list of sponsors. I hope you will accept our offer. Please let us know before September 8, 2020.

Answer: (Does or Does Not) commit a fallacy; specifically, it (Does or Does Not) commit the fallacy of begging the question. (choice the answer does or does not)

Answers

Does commit the fallacy of begging the question.  The argument assumes that becoming a professional golfer automatically leads to making a lot of money, without providing any evidence or reasoning to support this claim.

It also assumes that Tiger Woods' success as a professional golfer is solely due to his profession and not other factors, which is another form of begging the question. This statement does commit a fallacy; specifically, it commits the fallacy of begging the question. The fallacy of begging the question occurs when an argument's premises assume the truth of the conclusion, instead of supporting it. In this case, the argument assumes that becoming a professional golfer will lead to making a lot of money (like Tiger Woods), without providing evidence or reasons for why this is true for everyone. It's important to note that making a lot of money in a profession depends on various factors, and using only one example like Tiger Woods does not support the conclusion effectively.

When you spend years of your career focused on one case, you become that case. Waking up thinking about him, when you go to sleep dreaming about him... Until he has you right where he wants you. I have let him win. But I know I am smarter than him, I can over the feeling of failure. When I finally found where he has been hiding all these years, I wanted to kick myself in the butt. How could I not see this coming? He’s been staying in this rundown I guess you can call it a house out in the middle of the woods. Secluded from the city; after pulling up slowly, I pulled him out of his hideout feeling my blood pressure rise. Again he outsmarted me, he had no emotion on his face like he was undisturbed by the fact of being caught almost as if he knew it wouldn’t last long. The little smirk he had on his face made me want to shoot him right here. But I knew that’s what he wanted, and I wanted to destroy his life as he has done to so many families. Tearing them apart and removing loved ones from their lives. I put him into the back of my patrol car and told him to stay put, like what I said was going to influence what he does or doesn’t do. I walked back to his sanctuary, which I could tell didn’t have electricity. Being at this place makes me sick to my stomach, the smell was unbearable. Burning my nose with the stench of rotting flesh. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had a body hidden around here, but that was not what I was here for. I was here for one reason and one reason only. To lock him away forever. I walked into what you might call the living room and see that this is a one-room “house” with a couch in the middle of the room looking at the wall. But as I walked around to the other side of the couch, I saw an air vent big enough to crawl through, but the vent cover wasn’t covered at all. I bent down to look through, I could see that there was something at the end. But it was too far for me to see from where I stood. I took one last gaze over my shoulder back out to the car where I left him to sit, but he was staring right at me. He knew I found his secret crawl space, it almost felt like he left it open on purpose hoping I would come across it. I know he is smarter than to leave something like this open if he didn’t want to find it, therefore, he did. Thinking to myself I knew it would be a mistake to go through this space and leave him up here unattended. But at this point curiosity was getting the best of me, I wanted to know what was at the end of this tunnel. I got down on my knees and crawled through, not knowing what I would find on the other side. Moving on all fours through this vent I could see that at the end it was going to open up maybe enough for me to stand. It blew away me by what I was looking at. A tiny room covered in newspaper clippings stuck to the walls, they were all about him, “The Movie Night Massacre Strikes again leaving the city in fear…” He was feeding off of the attention and “fame” he was getting. The Movie Night Massacre as they called him wanted people to know about the horrifying disturbance he has put these families through. Giving him a name was the icing on the cake. He is called The Movie Night Massacre well because that is how he killed his victims. Thinking back I can still remember when I first responded to one of his calls. I and my partner Josh showed up at the scene that scared me to death. It took place at a family vacation home in the outskirts of the town obviously owed by a wealthier family. One daughter age of 7, two sons ages 11 and 4, with the two parents around the ages of 29 and 32. Their living area was covered with blood, the bodies were almost set up in a specific way sitting like they were about to watch a movie. The kids had blankets covering their laps, and the parents were holding a bowl of popcorn. Just looking at the scene, it looked like a normal night but as you stepped closer, you could see the long slits running down their arms. Pouring out blood. Each time the sence got worse with the violence, he enjoyed what he was doing to them.

How do the structures of it sifts from leaden sieves and the snow-storm affect the poems?.

Answers

The structures of the two poems greatly impact their overall tone and message. The predictable structure of "It Sifts from Leaden Sieves" creates a sense of calmness and tranquility, while the fluid structure of "The Snow-Storm" creates a chaotic and unpredictable feeling.

We must first examine the structures of the two poems separately. "It Sifts from Leaden Sieves" by Emily Dickinson has a consistent structure throughout the entire poem, with each stanza containing four lines and a rhyme scheme of ABCB.

This creates a sense of stability and predictability in the poem, as the reader knows what to expect from each stanza. On the other hand, "The Snow-Storm" by Ralph Waldo Emerson has a more fluid structure, with varying stanza lengths and no consistent rhyme scheme. This creates a more unpredictable and chaotic feeling in the poem, reflecting the subject matter of a snowstorm.

In "It Sifts from Leaden Sieves," the consistent structure allows the poem to convey a sense of calmness and tranquility. The steady rhythm and rhyme scheme mimic the gentle falling of snowflakes and create a sense of peacefulness in the reader. This is in contrast to "The Snow-Storm," where the unpredictable structure creates a sense of chaos and disorder. The varying stanza lengths and lack of consistent rhyme scheme mimic the unpredictable and uncontrollable nature of a snowstorm.

The more frequent the compounding, the higher the future value, other things equal. True false

Answers

The statement "The more frequent the compounding, the higher the future value, other things equal" is false because the frequency of compounding does not independently affect the future value of an investment.

The frequency of compounding does not affect the future value, assuming all other factors remain equal. When compounding interest, the key factors that determine the future value are the interest rate, the principal amount, and the time period.

While it might seem intuitive that more frequent compounding would result in higher future value, the impact is negligible when considering other factors that are equal.

For example, if an investment compounds annually at a certain interest rate, it would yield the same future value as an investment that compounds quarterly at the same rate. The difference lies in the compounding formula's division of the interest rate and the number of compounding periods, resulting in an equivalent outcome.
