How does Jack London’s essay “The Human Drift" compare to other naturalist literary works, such as Stephen Crane’s short story “The Open Boat"?
Crane's actual experiences and his tribulations while stuck in the Atlantic Ocean served as the basis for "The Open Boat." The structure is the main distinction between "The Open Boat" and "The Human Drift." The latter is an essay with an argument and factual information, whereas the former is a short story based on the author's experiences.
How is human drift structured? The combination of language, imagery, and rhythm in "The Open Boat" allows the reader to experience time passing in the same way as the characters do. The explanatory work "The Human Drift," on the other hand, uses a sequence of conclusions to convince the reader. These findings serve as the foundation for additional deductions concerning social theory and the evolution of people from ancient times to the present. These pieces also have some things in common. The naturalist components of Crane's novel are intermingled, much like in London's "The Human Drift." The most significant theme in both of these paintings is nature.Crane humanizes nature, endowing the sea with both divine and animalistic characteristics. The stark reality that man is simply mortal and subject to the vagaries of nature is established by the tale. The narrator of "The Open Boat" uses several ways to describe the sea to illustrate how nature's moods change throughout the story. The sea "snarls" and "bucks like a bronco" in the beginning of the story. The sea simply "paces to and fro" later.Similar to this, nature is the main subject of London's "The Human Drift."To learn more about “The Open Boat" refer to:

For my first sentence, I said,
Some may believe public transit wouldn't be safe. (pls help me finish it :)) )
Some may believe public transit wouldn't be safe. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR TOPIC.....
chile, anyways....
Many people think that public transportation shouldn't be free. On the basis that there are many city residents who could use free public transportation, I claim that the city should put an end to high fees and metro cards. Making public transportation free will reduce the number of accidents that occur with pedestrians. Other people also believe that the city would lose money. While this is true, you could more easily tax city residents each year, causing you to have the same amount of money. This would help the city in not having to keep up with collecting money from driver's, worrying about theft, or people taking public transportation without paying. It would also take the financial burden off of people buying cars or paying expensive fees to travel within city limits. So, all in all, it would be a widely agreed upon benefit for public transportation to be free for city residents.

Like a Colossus, and we petty men
Walk under his huge legs and peep about
