Option d is correct. The music of his adolescence, especially British rock & roll, rockabilly, and the early 1960s pirate group sound, had a significant impact on Morrissey's early musical career.
Additionally, he was captivated to the reflective and beautiful lyrics of progressive rock artists like King Crimson yes, and Genesis. In addition, he found literary works by authors like Oscar Wilde and Shelagh Delaney to be inspirational.
Morrissey was not directly associated with the punk movement, but his work did incorporate some of the same themes and outlooks, such as a rejection of popular culture and an emphasis on uniqueness and non-conformity.
In contrast to the DIY, unpolished sound of many punk bands, his music was more melodious and well-crafted.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif. — Water spilled out of a spigot, sparklingly clear, into a plastic cup. Just 45
minutes earlier, it was effluent, piped over from Orange County’s wastewater treatment plant next door. At
a specialized plant, it then went through several stages of purification that left it cleaner than anything that
flows out of a home faucet or comes in a brand-name bottle.
“It’s stripped down to the H, 2 and O,” said Mike Markus, the general manager of the county water district.
He was not exaggerating. Without the minerals that give most cities’ supply a distinctive flavor, this water
tastes of nothing.
As California scrambles for ways to cope with its crippling drought and the mandatory water restrictions
imposed last month by Gov. Jerry Brown, an array of ideas that were long dismissed as too controversial,
expensive or unpleasant are getting a second look. One is to conserve more water; another is to turn
nearby and abundant sources of water, like the Pacific Ocean, into drinking water through desalination.
Yet another is to recycle the water Californians have already used. And therein lies a marketing challenge
that can be even greater than the technological one.
Water recycling is common for uses like irrigation; purple pipes in many California towns deliver water to
golf courses, zoos and farms. The West Basin Municipal Water District, which serves 17 cities in
southwestern Los Angeles County, produces five types of “designer” water for such uses as irrigation and
in cooling towers and boilers. At a more grass-roots level, activists encourage Californians to save “gray
water” from bathroom sinks, showers, tubs and washing machines to water their plants and gardens.
Enticing people to drink recycled water, however, requires getting past what experts call the “yuck” factor.
Efforts in the 1990s to develop water reuse in San Diego and Los Angeles were beaten back by activists
who denounced what they called, devastatingly, “toilet to tap.” Los Angeles built a $55 million purification
plant in the 1990s, but never used it to produce drinking water; the water goes to irrigation instead.
But with the special purification plant, which has been operating since 2008, Orange County swung
people to the idea of drinking recycled water. The county does not run its purified water directly into
drinking water treatment plants; instead, it sends the water underground to replenish the area’s aquifers
and to be diluted by the natural water supply. This environmental buffer seems to provide an emotional
buffer for consumers as well.
The $481 million plant opened during a previous drought. “It made us look like geniuses,” Mr. Markus
said. The timing is right again. In the midst of the current drought, the county has completed a $142
million expansion that will increase capacity by more than 40 percent, to 100 million gallons a day, and at
a fraction of the cost of importing water or desalinating seawater. (A further expansion to 130 million
gallons a day is planned.)
Now water reuse is being tried elsewhere around the country, including parched cities in Texas that do
pipe treated water directly to their water supplies. Here in California, “there are agencies considering this
all over the state,” said Jennifer West, the general manager for WateReuse California, a trade
association.
Answer:
Explanation:
The writer presents a compelling argument in favor of recycled wastewater as a solution to California's water crisis, arguing that it is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly way to increase the state's water supply. The writer acknowledges that recycling wastewater for drinking purposes can be a hard sell due to the "yuck" factor, but points to the success of Orange County's specialized purification plant, which has been in operation since 2008 and has increased the area's water supply without significant opposition from the public. The writer provides evidence of the plant's success and expansion, as well as other examples of water reuse being tried elsewhere in the country. Overall, the writer makes a strong case for recycled wastewater as a viable option for addressing California's water shortage.

SELLLING PRICE =
SELLING PRICE PER SERVING =
The computation for the estimated cost as well as the selling price is given in the image that is attached.
What is the selling price about? To calculate the Markup, you have to multiply the unit cost by the markup percentage. For example, the markup for the eggs is:
7.59 * 0.5
= 3.795.
To calculate the Selling Price, add the unit cost and the markup, in the case of the eggs, it would be:
7.59 + 3.795
= 11.385. It is the same for each ingredient.
The total cost of all ingredients is 242.28. Then, you have to multiply it by the markup percentage, in this case, it is 50% so it is:
242.28*0.5 = 121.14.
Hence, the selling price is the sum of the total cost and the markup, so it will be:
242.28 + 121.14
= 363.42.

What is the one thing that Thami did not like about Mr M. (1) 2.7 In Act 1 Scene 4, Mr M describes himself as the zookeeper of mad, hungry animals. The most dangerous animal is hope
Figurative meaning: Thami's statement about the toppling of statues is a metaphor for the need to change the existing power structures and the status quo. Thami is suggesting that it is time to topple the old ideas and practices and build a new, more just society.
2.3 The irony of "Number ONE classroom" in Mr. M's classroom at Zolile High School is that it is one of the worst classrooms in the school, with broken windows and a leaking roof.
The name 'Number ONE classroom' is a misnomer, as it does not actually reflect the quality of the classroom, but instead serves as a sarcastic comment on the state of the classroom.
2.4 Thami spoke about toppling of statues, which has both a literal and a figurative meaning in the context of the play. Literal meaning: Thami's statement about the toppling of statues is a reference to the recent events in the world where people are tearing down statues of historical figures that they deem to be offensive.
It is a literal call to action to topple the statues of oppressors, colonizers and conquerors. Figurative meaning: Thami's statement about the toppling of statues is a metaphor for the need to change the existing power structures and the status quo.
Thami is suggesting that it is time to topple the old ideas and practices and build a new, more just society.
2.5 The theme of "Waste of human potential" is a key theme in the play. The play explores how institutional racism and other societal barriers prevent people from reaching their full potential.
The characters in the play, such as Thami and Isabel, are prevented from pursuing their dreams and fulfilling their potential because of the systemic inequalities that they face.
They are denied access to education, employment opportunities, and other resources that would enable them to succeed.
2.6 Thami does not like Mr. M's patronizing attitude towards him. Mr. M sees Thami as a project, rather than a person, and is more concerned with his own reputation as a teacher than with Thami's actual needs and aspirations.
Thami resents this and feels that Mr. M is not taking him seriously as an individual. This is evident from his frequent disagreements with Mr. M, particularly with regard to his essay.
2.7 In Act 1 Scene 4, Mr. M describes himself as the zookeeper of mad, hungry animals. The most dangerous animal is hope. Mr. M's reference to hope as the most dangerous animal is an indication of his belief that hope can lead to disappointment, and that it is better to have low expectations than to risk being let down.
He is also suggesting that hope can be a driving force for change, and that it can inspire people to fight for a better future.
