Why did the Nazis believe Jews should be exterminated?

I'm lost I don't get it help please ASAP

Answers

hatred of Jews is not clear. In Mein Kampf, he described his development into an antisemite as the result of a long, personal struggle. Supposedly, his aversion to everything Jewish came to fruition when he was living and working as a painter in Vienna (1908-1913). Most historians believe that Hitler came up with this explanation in hindsight. He would have used it to assure people who were not yet convinced of his ideas that they would eventually see the light.

Answer:

It's kinda long so read my explanation!

Explanation:

Okay so, Jews have always been persecuted in many parts of the world, especially in Europe which is predominantly Christian. When World War 1 ended and Germany had to take the blame and pay for all the damage, people in Germany were NOT satisfied. In fact, Hitler saw it as a chance to not only rise to power, but he used the Jews as a scapegoat. There's not a clear explanation as to why Hitler hated Jews, but he used them as a way to gain power. He also served in World War 1 and he was a very extreme nationalist, so clearly he was mentally affected and his nationalistic beliefs played a large role in this perspective. So that's that, but the Nazi party was who supported Hitler and of course they're going to support what he supports and persecute who he persecutes. Many children and even adults were brainwashed to stay loyal and believe in him. Also, he was a very passionate person, as sick as that man was, his speeches were very convincing and appealed to everyone's emotions. Once more, Germany was in toils at this time period, the were economically unstable so having someone to blame was something they kind of took to ease their suffering. Hitler also did not support communism and he threw the blame on the Jew's and basically acted as though all of them created and supported communism. The more common concept we're all taught in school was that Hitler wanted the "perfect" or "ideal" race, he believed all the impure people must be eradicated in order for Germany to be in power. There's more to the antisemitism Hitler possessed, but I can't think of them from the top of my head.

All in all, historical evidence points to the main reason that Jews were persecuted was because it was a very unfortunate time for many in Germany, and they needed someone to throw the blame on.

A plant's response to gravity is called gravitropism.

Gravitropism is the plant's ability to sense the direction of gravity and adjust its growth accordingly. The root of the plant grows downward, in the direction of gravity, while the stem grows upward, against the force of gravity. This is important for the plant to be able to anchor itself into the soil and reach sunlight for photosynthesis.

A plant's coordinated process of unequal growth in response to gravity tugging on it is known as gravitropism. Fungi also experience it. Natural gravity or "artificial gravity" are both forms of gravity. It is a characteristic shared by all higher and many lesser plants, in addition to other living things.

what does antidepressant treatment do to the physical cellular changes seen in the hippocampus in someone diagnosed with depression?

Answers

Antidepressant treatment has been shown to have a positive impact on the physical cellular changes observed in the hippocampus of individuals diagnosed with depression. This is because depression has been linked to a reduction in the size of the hippocampus, a region of the brain responsible for memory and learning. Antidepressant treatment can reverse or prevent this reduction, leading to an increase in hippocampal volume.

Additionally, antidepressants have been shown to increase the production of new neurons in the hippocampus, which can enhance cognitive function and mood. Therefore, by promoting neuroplasticity and stimulating the growth of new brain cells, antidepressant treatment can help reverse the negative effects of depression on the hippocampus and improve overall brain health.

Antidepressant treatment aims to reverse the cellular changes observed in the hippocampus of individuals diagnosed with depression. These changes include reduced neurogenesis, decreased synaptic plasticity, and neuronal atrophy. Antidepressant treatment works by increasing the availability of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and norepinephrine, which in turn promotes neurogenesis or the formation of new neurons. Additionally, antidepressants enhance synaptic plasticity, allowing neurons to form stronger connections with each other.

This results in the strengthening of neural networks and improvements in mood and cognitive function. In summary, antidepressant treatment addresses the physical cellular changes in the hippocampus by promoting neurogenesis, enhancing synaptic plasticity, and reversing neuronal atrophy, ultimately alleviating depressive symptoms.

micah was a prophet in judah and a contemporary of the prophet ________.

Answers

Micah was a prophet in Judah and a contemporary of the prophet Isaiah.

Micah is believed to have lived during a time of political and social turmoil in Judah when the nation was threatened by external enemies and faced internal corruption and injustice. In his prophecies, he often criticized the rulers, priests, and prophets of his time for their failure to uphold God's law and to care for the poor and the marginalized.

One of Micah's most famous prophecies is his prediction of the coming of a Messiah, who would be born in Bethlehem and would bring salvation and peace to the people of Israel. This prophecy is quoted in the New Testament in the Gospel of Matthew.

Micah's book is divided into three main parts. The first part (chapters 1-2) contains a series of judgments against Israel and Judah, as well as a lamentation over the destruction of Jerusalem. The second part (chapters 3-5) includes Micah's condemnation of the rulers and prophets, as well as his prediction of the Messiah. The third part (chapters 6-7) contains a dialogue between God and Israel, in which the prophet urges the people to repent and to seek God's mercy.

Answers

Based on the poems "the leavers," "as a child, i smelled the air," and "halfway home," the family may gain opportunities and face losses in their move to New York. In "the leavers," the family is likely seeking better prospects in the city, especially for African Americans. This suggests that moving to New York could provide the family with a chance for improved living conditions and a better future.

However, in "as a child, i smelled the air," the mother mentions that New York doesn't smell like their home in South Carolina, indicating a potential loss of familiarity and comfort. This implies that moving to New York would mean leaving behind their known surroundings and adjusting to a new environment.

In "halfway home," the mother tells the children they are halfway to finding a place of their own in New York City. Jacqueline's reflection on constantly choosing between two homes suggests that the move may lead to a sense of divided identity and feeling torn between two places.

These interpretations are based on the provided excerpts from the poems. Further analysis can be done by examining the complete poems and considering additional context within the larger work "brown girl dreaming."

Please assess and discuss the main political and socio-economic
elements of globalization in Canada OR your home country, by using
terms and concepts we have covered in class thus far. What do you
see

Answers

Globalization, as a multifaceted phenomenon, has had significant political and socio-economic impacts on Canada. Here, I will discuss some of the key elements and their implications:

1. Trade Liberalization: Canada has actively participated in global trade through agreements like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and its successor, the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). These agreements have facilitated cross-border trade, promoted economic integration, and provided access to larger markets. However, they have also raised concerns about the impact on domestic industries, labor standards, and environmental regulations.

2. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI): Globalization has led to increased FDI flows into Canada, supporting economic growth and job creation. Foreign investments have contributed to the development of key sectors such as manufacturing, energy, and services. However, there are debates around the control of strategic assets and the potential for economic dependence on foreign entities.

3. Labor Mobility: The global movement of people has had both positive and negative effects on Canada. On one hand, immigration has fueled economic growth, cultural diversity, and innovation. Skilled foreign workers have filled labor market gaps and contributed to various sectors. On the other hand, concerns about job displacement, wage stagnation, and social integration have emerged, prompting discussions on immigration policies and labor market regulations.

4. Technological Advancements: Globalization has been closely linked to advancements in technology and communication, enabling instant connectivity and information exchange. Canada has been at the forefront of technological innovation in areas such as information technology, telecommunications, and digital services. However, these advancements have also brought challenges, including cybersecurity risks, digital divide, and disruptions to traditional industries.

5. Cultural Exchange and Identity: Globalization has facilitated the exchange of ideas, cultural products, and values. Canada, known for its multiculturalism, has experienced an enrichment of its cultural landscape through global influences. However, the increasing presence of global media and products has raised concerns about cultural homogenization, cultural appropriation, and the preservation of local identities.

6. Environmental Considerations: The globalization of production and consumption patterns has implications for the environment. Canada, as a resource-rich country, has seen increased demand for its natural resources, leading to debates around sustainable resource extraction, climate change, and environmental conservation. Balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship has become a key challenge.

It is important to note that globalization's impact on Canada is multifaceted and dynamic. While it has brought economic opportunities and cultural diversity, it has also presented challenges such as inequality, social dislocation, and policy complexities. The role of governments, international organizations, and civil society becomes crucial in managing these impacts and ensuring a balance between national interests and global interconnectedness.
