In paragraph 4, the author compares our dependence on convenience to drug addiction.
This is a subjective point of view as it is based on the author's personal interpretation and opinion. The author uses words such as "hooked" and "craving" to express the idea of addiction.
These words suggest that the dependence on convenience is strong and uncontrollable, much like an addiction. The author also uses the phrase "anesthetize us from the inconvenience" to suggest that convenience has become a way for people to numb themselves from any discomfort or difficulties.
Overall, the author presents the idea that our dependence on convenience is a negative thing and has become problematic, much like a drug addiction.

Which factor was the leading cause of the death of Romeo and Juliet?
Claim
Evidence 1
Reasoning 1
Evidence 2
Reasoning 2
The leading cause of the death of Romeo and Juliet was their impulsive decision making and lack of communication.
Claim: Impulsive decision making and lack of communication led to the death of Romeo and Juliet.
Evidence 1: Romeo's impulsive decision to kill Tybalt led to his banishment and separation from Juliet. This set off a chain of events that ultimately led to their tragic end.
Reasoning 1: If Romeo had taken a moment to think through his actions and consider the consequences, he may have found a different solution to his problem with Tybalt. This impulsive decision created a rift between him and Juliet that they were unable to overcome.
Evidence 2: The lack of communication between Romeo and Juliet caused misunderstandings and ultimately led to their deaths. For example, when Romeo believed Juliet to be dead, he didn't communicate with anyone about his plan to end his own life.
Reasoning 2: If Romeo had communicated with someone about his plan, they may have been able to intervene and prevent the tragedy from occurring. Additionally, if Romeo and Juliet had communicated more openly with each other throughout the play, they may have been able to avoid some of the misunderstandings and conflicts that ultimately led to their deaths.

ABOUT SHIELD VOLCANOShield volcano is a type of volcano which is shaped similar to the shape of a shield which is widened with a slight peak that is not too high just like a shield placed on the ground.
Shield volcanoes can be distinguished from other volcanoes by the elevation of their peaks and slopes. Shield volcanoes have broad mountain bodies with gentle slopes. The shape of a mountain like a shield volcano is created because the magma that comes out during an eruption is very runny. As a result, glowing magma can quickly flow and spread over a large area.
Shield volcanoes have the characteristic of effusive eruptions because the location of the magma chamber is shallow and the magmatic gas pressure is not too strong. Examples of shield volcanoes: volcanoes in the Hawaiian Islands, namely Mauna Loa, Kilauea, and Mauna Kea.

It was the middle of the summer, and what was I doing? I was up at the crack of dawn, taking the bus across town to spend the day with a bunch of seven-year-olds. How did this happen? Why hadn’t I said no?
Only a couple days earlier, I had been enjoying my usual, relaxed summer when the phone rang. My cousin Luci—my favorite cousin—was almost in tears. “You have to help me!” she wailed when I answered the phone.
Luci had been working as a camp counselor for the summer. “I’m the drama counselor,” she said. “I help the kids put on a skit for their parents at the end of camp. Now my dad’s got this business trip and he’s offering to take my sister and me with him! To Hawaii! For a month! It will be amazing—but I can’t just leave. The camp director really needs my help, and Dad says he won’t take me unless I can find someone to fill my spot. Will you do it? You’re good at plays and all that stuff.”
“I don’t do anything with little kids!” I argued. I’m an only child and the baby of the family: tiny tots are not my thing. “I have no idea how to do a play with these kids.”
Luci snorted. “It doesn’t have to be fancy, Benito. This isn’t like those plays your drama class does at school. Just help them throw together some little skit. Sing a song. Dance around a bit. The parents will love it. Besides,” she added, “the pay’s pretty good. And I know you’ve been saving up for that new computer you wanted.”
