EASY 5TH GRADER WORK!Describe the sediment of the Iroquois Nation towards the British.

Answers

Answer:

here i hope this helps

Explanation:

The Iroquois Nation wants the British to leave because they are disrupting hunting and using up recourses that belong to the Native American. They think the British don't have the right to be there.

Considering the excerpt, the sentiment of the Iroquois Nation towards the British is that:

"the British are encroachers and should no longer stay on their land."

This is evident when Canassatego the Chief of Onondaga Nation of the Iroquois Confederacy claimed that they now understood the value of their land, and as such, they no longer want the cheap things the British gave them, but rather want to keep their land.

He further claimed that the British are encroaching and spoiling their land activities, thus must leave their land since they have no rights.

Hence, in this case, it is concluded that the sentiment of the Iroquois Nation towards the British is that the British are encroachers, and should no longer stay on their land.

how many years difference is there between 1524 CE and 1436 BCE

Answers

Answer:

2960

Explanation:

you have to calculate the amount of years in common era to 1524 which is 1524 and add 1436 and get 2960.

Answer is 2960 years, Before the year 1 CE, or the Common Era, is what BCE, or Before Common Era, and BC, or Before Christ, respectively, refer to.

What’s the Difference between BCE and CE ?

The terms "common (or current) era" (CE) and "before the common (or current) period") are used interchangeably. Compared to BC and AD, these abbreviations have a shorter history, although they are nevertheless at least as old as the early 1700s.

Jewish academics have used them frequently for more than a century, but their use spread as the 20th century progressed, replacing BC/AD in a variety of sectors, most notably science and academia.

Hence, in order to calculate years difference, we just have to add both 1524 and 1436 and the sum will be the difference i.e. 2960 years.

How was Martin Luther King, Jr’s approach similar and different from Booker T and W.E.B. DuBois?

Answers

i honestly believe that there all in common because, After slavery was abolished, African Americans worked to integrate into mainstream American society. During the twentieth century many African American civil rights leaders led the African American civil rights movement. All of them had different ideas and approaches to further improve the status for the African American individual in attempt to gain civil equality. The pioneer civil rights leaders of the twentieth century were Booker T. Washington and W.E.B. Dubois. Their respected ideas were known to have contradicted with each other. Malcolm X, a black supremacist was a member of the NOI (Nation of Islam) and based his platforms of teachings off from religion. Martin Luther King Jr.’s approach towards gaining equality was of nonviolent actions. This proved to have been the most effective way to solidify through legislature the civil rights of African Americans within America. With that solid, Martin Luther King Jr. was the most productive and influential African American civil rights leader within the civil rights movement.

Booker T. Washington believed that by first gaining Economic respect, civil right for African Americans will also slowly, but gradually become achieved. Booker T. Washington founded the Tuskegee Academy, an institution for African Americans. At Tuskegee Academy, Washington states: “My plan was to have them, while performing this service, taught the latest and best methods of labour, so that the school would not only get the benefit of their efforts, but the students themselves would be taught to see not only utility in labour, but beauty and dignity” (Washington, Up from Slavery, an Autobiography). Booker T. Washington accepted the fact of white supremacy.

Answer:

Hie..! Here's the answer

Egypt, country located in the northeastern corner of Africa. Egypt’s heartland, the Nile River valley and delta, was the home of one of the principal civilizations of the ancient Middle East and, like Mesopotamia farther east, was the site of one of the world’s earliest urban and literate societies. Pharaonic Egypt thrived for some 3,000 years through a series of native dynasties that were interspersed with brief periods of foreign rule. After Alexander the Great conquered the region in 323 BCE, urban Egypt became an integral part of the Hellenistic world. Under the Greek Ptolemaic dynasty, an advanced literate society thrived in the city of Alexandria, but what is now Egypt was conquered by the Romans in 30 BCE. It remained part of the Roman Republic and Empire and then part of Rome’s successor state, the Byzantine Empire, until its conquest by Arab Muslim armies in 639–642 CE.

Until the Muslim conquest, great continuity had typified Egyptian rural life. Despite the incongruent ethnicity of successive ruling groups and the cosmopolitan nature of Egypt’s larger urban centres, the language and culture of the rural, agrarian masses—whose lives were largely measured by the annual rise and fall of the Nile River, with its annual inundation—had changed only marginally throughout the centuries. Following the conquests, both urban and rural culture began to adopt elements of Arab culture, and an Arabic vernacular eventually replaced the Egyptian language as the common means of spoken discourse. Moreover, since that time, Egypt’s history has been part of the broader Islamic world, and though Egyptians continued to be ruled by foreign elite—whether Arab, Kurdish, Circassian, or Turkish—the country’s cultural milieu remained predominantly Arab.
